TERMS OF SERVICE (T.O.S)1- Payment method: PayPal. For argentinian it's available mercado pago and bank transfer2- Payment must be before I START the sketches.3- I'm going to require a $10 USD deposit to take a space in my waitlist. Non refundable.4- Limit of changes: 3 with sketches and 3 with colors5- I dont give deadlines for the project. Everything depends of all the work that I have in the moment.6- The backgrounds in the avatar are NOT custom. The price is only about the character.7- You are not allowed to edit the artwork or claim it as your own.8- The project will be finished once the digital file is sent to the buyer.9- I will not refund the payment once the project is started or finished.10- When your turn comes, I can accept 100% of the payment at the beginning or 50% to start with your project, when the sketch is approved and ready to start with the colour you must pay the other 50%11- Once the payment is done means you agree with the terms and services mentioned. The payment method is via Paypal international and mercado pago or bank transfer for Argentina Only.b- How much is the waiting?
The waiting time depends on how many work I have. Usually the waiting times are long (months).
For that reason I have a waiting list where my clients can track their names and see how much time is left to start the order
I also have a rush/priority service with 50% extra fee.c- How can I join to the waiting list?
I'm who add the clients to my list when I have my commissions open, you only need to send me a message!.
Once my waiting list is full (10 clients limit) I will close commissions again so I can focus working with them.d- How is the process of your work?
Once you are in my waiting list I will need all the details of your commission, if you have references pictures is better for me!
When is your turn I going to ask for the payment, and then I start with the sketches. If the sketches are approved then I add colors, and if they are approved then I send you the files ♥e- What info do you need for my order?
I will need a description of the character, pose, expression, clothes. If you have references with something similar is so useful!f- How many times can I ask for changes?
I accept 3 changes on sketches and 3 on colors. If you want more changes then I will charge an extra fee. For this is so important that you tell me all the details on your drawing. If everything is clear then the process is faster!g- I'm in the waiting list but I'm not interested anymore. What can I do?
If you have a situation you can always contact me to delete your name from my waiting list. I dont have any problem about that! I prefer that because the rest of my clients in the list can track better their names without any extra name there. So please don't be shy for asking!h- Do you offer discounts?
Yes, I usually offer discounts when I consider that I'm taking a lot of time more to finish or start your order.
My twitch subs and youtube membership get discounts like a reward for their support ♥i- What tools do you use for your work?
For drawing I use Paint Tool Sai with an XP-pen Deco V2 graphic tablet. To animate I use photoshop, after effects and sometimes Blender.
